Hi Warren.

I just read your item regarding Angioprim. I only have my personal experience to go on here no scientific stuff. My mom was too weak to get out of bed. When she did have to use her bathroom it was a struggle making her way by leaning on her walls in order not to fall down. She had congestive heart failure and was taking nitro every day for heart pain. There was a spot on the bottom of her foot near her toes that was numb like she was walking on a ball of cotton. The doctor said it was a normal symptom of her diabetes and could not be helped. She had lost color from her face, and the flesh of her face seemed drawn. She spent her days with the curtain drawn trying to sleep. She could barely walk 35 feet even with the aid of her walker or a cane because of "sluggish blood" that made the lactic acid build-up in her legs unbearably painful. Her heart doctor and regular doctor said that there was nothing more that could be done for her. Her meds were adjusted maximally, and she was not a candidate for surgery because she had too many "generalized" large and small blockages. She was told it was as good as it was going to get (meaning it was only going to get worse from then on).

I took her to get her monthly meds at a nearby pharmacy. She used her walker. She got about 15 feet from the car and was exhausted and had to stop and sit down on her walker until she recuperated.
